How many things do we have in this house? How many steps are in the Thriller video? How many clothes do we fold in a day? How many eggs does it take to feed this family? How many pairs of pants do I have? How many days till the end of the school year? How many years will it be before I am a grown up?
We are responsible for so many things in this life. We are accountable to God, first for our own soul and then for the souls of the women and children that He has entrusted to us. God will hold us accountable for where we carried their minds and where we carried their souls throughout life. It is an awesome responsibility to be a man of God. Prophet, priest and king of your home. You'd better be ready for the challenge. Women and children go to hell everyday because some man disappointed their faith and they could not see God through the shadow of that man.
Men who carouse and carry many women's souls into the gutter are held accountable by God. Forgiveness is sought and God has forgiveness, but there is a price to pay. It is possible that some are preaching peace in the souls when there is no peace. Beware!
When you look into the eyes of a woman and carry her to the heights of love into your soul, you become responsible for what becomes of her soul. Love has a price. The devil deceives us and makes us think that we are okay and that we can just walk away and that there is no consequence to your behavior. God is sovereign! God is love and when we use His good gifts for personal gain. He takes this very seriously.
Be thrilled to be holy.

It is so great that you are always entertaining your siblings with something. Movies, cartoons, little humor things that you have created. Teaching and greeting the children with wholesome stories seems to be your calling. Use it for good. Let the new year bring you greater oportunity to create the things that make the children giggle and gurgle. They try to scream and they see your clown faces. You can get into a person's heart so much further through humor than through sadness. The heart can be seared by pain and by entertainment. Look to use whatever means is available to the glory of God. He has shows around us everyday. Some humorous and some spectacular and some thrilling and enthralling and some just usual. Don't get too used to God's spectacular sunrises and sunsets. He is the Master!

Movies and animations are on the drawing board. Comedy is everywhere for a hungry mind in a very large family. I am still giggling at Calvin Klein calling me on the phone, because I am your mother. Let us sober ourselves to remember that the God of the universe came down on Christmas to give us access to the Father in Christ. There is fun and games with Christmas. But the truth of God's supreme goodness is still the heart of the story!

Boys will play with folks, like kids play with toys! Come one December, our hearts will see a world where men are free.

Are men free in your house, dear children? That is where we must start with those sentiments. Someday at Christmas...The sentiments of the King of Glory humbling Himself to be the sacrifice that would unite us to God is Peace in our hearts. When we can sacrifice our pride to unite others to ourselves is Christmas in our homes.
Labor and fight, if you must for peace in your heart through Christ and for peace in your home through Christ. This is hard fought for and sacrificial at best. Love, Peace and Joy this Christmas season.

Young man, you are learning the changeableness and frailty of your own and young women's emotions. God has made you the commander of your own emotions and the emotions of those whose ears you earn a hearing. Earn a hearing! Earn a hearing, first from mother and brothers and sisters and God will lend you more ears.
Where do I earn a hearing? ...From my behavior, conduct, manners and accomplishments. Ears are won by these. Many a man has won a hearing, simply on account of practice of a skill. This is only one way, but a good way. As you apply yourself to the tasks at hand you are earning authority in the home and in the earth.
God said to "Take dominion!" This is not the authority which is earned but grasped. The wildlife and the seas are for us to command authority over on the earth, but not so, our sisters and brothers, we must earn their hearing and not misuse it once achieved.

Boys, Eat your veggies! I am your mother and I am so alarmed that when you are at school you have your own choices and no one to impress you what you should eat or drink. I am old and my heart is what it is. Your young hearts are growing and developing and you need to be concerned about what kinds of fats you are putting into them.
Please eat your veggies!

It is going to be a long time that you are a man. You will have decisions to make and stuff to do. Practice being a good boy. It is hard in this season where boyhood and manhood are intermeshing. Learning to monitor your relating and emotions is practice for the real thing. Learning the correct tones of respect and honor that are due to authorities and girls and women around you can get complicated but is important also. Don't let one part of your humanity dominate the other portions. Dance and sing, if you would, work and study, because you must, don't forget to pray and eat; all in moderation, under God.

It is told you, Oh man, what is good and what does the Lord require of thee. But, to do justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.
